That’s it—my last job before venturing into the unknown. I worked for an e-shop specializing in trading cards, mostly Pokémon TCG, but also One Piece, Altered, and other Japanese merch. I started as a warehouse picker, quickly leveled up to Junior Product Manager, and soon found myself juggling multiple roles—one of them being customer care, where I turned rage-quitting customers into happy collectors. Bonus? I mastered Pokémon TCG editions and rarities faster than a speedrunner breaking a world record.

Where did I get my customer-wrangling XP? Well, I’ve handled all kinds of NPCs—as a luxury hotel receptionist, a librarian for years, and generally dealing with angry, confused, or just downright weird people as part of my daily questline.
